We are looking for a Solution Consultant I who will belong to an amazing team of Professional Services practitioners committed to laying the foundation for our client’s successful sales enablement journey.

 

We are only considering candidates located in MST or CST.

  • Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities while striving to exceed expectations  

  • Displays a sense of humor and humility during those challenging times  

  • MST or CST time zones strongly preferred

What you'll be doing:

  • Consult with the client to understand and document the business and content related problems  

  • Leverage sales enablement best practices to guide the client through the implementation of a Seismic solution that solves the problems  

  • Enable the organization for the change management required to drive successful outcomes  

  • Provide support and ongoing services for existing clients in accordance with SLAs  

  • Assist with conducting on-site and virtual training with clients as necessary  

  • Project manage engagements as needed 

What you bring to the team:

  • Previous experience as a Strategic/Solution Consultant or in a similar role
  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, asset management marketing, sales operations, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven client-facing experience with the ability to influence and manage expectations
  • Experience in managing client expectations, providing strategic guidance, and driving successful outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers at all levels
  • Ability to understand client use-cases and desired outcomes to guide them through implementation
  • Ability to architect solutions based on customer requirements using the capabilities of Seismic
  • Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
  • Advanced proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with SaaS a plus

Seismic's annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant's location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.

Seismic's salary range for this position is: USD $93,000.00/Yr. - USD $127,500.00/Yr.

This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
