Overview

At Seismic, our mission is to ignite growth—not only for our customers, but also for our employees—and we’re looking for a Vice President of Talent Development to lead the employee growth journey across our global team. 

In this role, you’ll shape and deliver programs that connect directly to our business strategy. You’ll lead a small, agile team while also rolling up your sleeves to get the work done. You’ll partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive key moments in the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and manager development to engagement and performance management. 

We’re a technology-forward company, and we want our learning and development experiences to reflect that. You don’t need to be a technologist, but you do need to be curious and open to how tools like AI can power the employee growth story.

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience 
  • Experience leading learning in a high-growth environment 
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution with ease 
  • Strong relationship-building and influence across all levels of an organization 
  • Comfort navigating change and pivoting quickly when needed 
  • Curiosity and openness toward using technology to modernize how employees learn and grow

What you'll be doing:

  • Design and lead our employee development strategy 
  • Driving Culture through programs based on the voice of the employee  
  • Evolve and scale programs that support employee development—including, but not limited to performance management, employee onboarding, employee engagement, manager development  
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to align talent programs with company priorities 
  • Be a key voice and strategic partner during times of change and transformation 
  • Champion the use of tech-forward tools & AI to enhance learning and enablement experiences 
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small, high-impact team

Seismic's annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant's location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.

Seismic's salary range for this position is: USD $187,100.00/Yr. - USD $280,700.00/Yr.

This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
