The Senior Content Strategist will own the development and optimization of digital content that fuels visibility, engagement, and performance across our marketing ecosystem. This role focuses primarily on written content strategy—planning, creating, and refining high-performing assets such as blogs, web copy, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how content impacts SEO, GEO, and AEO performance, with the ability to craft content frameworks that align with both user intent and brand storytelling.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO best practices.
• 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, editorial planning, or content marketing.
• Ability to develop and manage content calendars and ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives. • Experience using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools. 
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. 
• Bonus: Familiarity with video editing or design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and interest in applying them to enhance written content. 
• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with SEO, GEO, and AEO objectives. 
• Plan and produce high-quality written content (blogs, eBooks, landing pages, case studies, etc.) that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions. 
• Collaborate with demand generation, field marketing, SEO/web team, communications, and corporate marketing teams to identify content opportunities that support business goals. 
• Analyze performance data to refine strategies and optimize content for visibility and impact. 
• Repurpose and adapt written content for different channels (LinkedIn, web, email, etc.) to maximize reach and relevance. 
• Stay current with content trends, search algorithms, and emerging best practices in content strategy. 
• (Optional “bonus” skills) Support light video editing, graphic design, or multimedia storytelling to enhance content delivery when needed.

Seismic's annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant's location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range. 
Seismic's salary range for this position is: USD $61,200.00/Yr. - USD $92,000.00/Yr.
This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
